Customer Service / Publix

I am on a roll with customer service this week. I called Publix (corporate) a couple days ago requesting the Kimberly Clark coupon flier ( I called many Publix's in my area and no one had them.) They took down my name, address, and telephone number. The next day I got a call telling me they would ship me one, today it arrived-with a nice little note. Once again, it pays to follow up!

PS Like I said in the last post, you can do these calls while cleaning your kitchen. It wastes no time.
