Publix has their Scotch Paper Cutter for $1 in their clearance section. The item is marked at $3, but I have done it 4 times now and it rings up at $1. Use the $1 coupon from the 11/30 (or 11/23) insert and get this item for free. I have also read that Walmart is selling these for $1.50, so you would only be paying $.50. This tool is great for cutting coupons. It is small enough to fit in your accordian folder. (The Pubix one is red.)*Today at Publix, I noticed they no longer have these cutters. I guess they were all scooped up.
